PELATIHAN BASIC ENGLISH UNTUK KADER EKOWISATA POKDARWIS PASI LUWAH KABUPATEN ACEH JAYA
Abstract
Komunikasi merupakan bagian integral dari kualitas pelayanan dalam industry jasa termasuk industri pariwisata. Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik yang dimiliki oleh pelaku pariwisata mengindikasikan profesionalitas dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pengunjung saat menikmati liburan. Di era modern saat ini komunikasi Bahasa Inggris menjadi krusial untuk mempromosikan pariwisata. Terlebih lagi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Aceh Jaya tidak lagi hanya terbatas pada wisatawan local ataupun domestic. Banyak juga wisatawan asing yang berkunjung untuk menikmati eksotisme alam Aceh Jaya. Oleh karena itu kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris akan sangat membantu pelaku wisata untuk memberikan pelayanan optimal kepada para wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Aceh Jaya.
Communication is an integral part of service quality in the service industry, including the tourism industry. Good communication skills possessed by tourism actors indicate professionalism and increase the comfort of visitors while enjoying holidays. In this modern era, English communication is crucial to promote tourism. Moreover, tourists visiting Aceh Jaya are no longer limited to local or domestic tourists. Many foreign tourists also visit to enjoy the exotic nature of Aceh Jaya. Therefore, the ability to communicate in English will greatly assist tour operators in providing optimal service to tourists visiting Aceh Jaya.
